CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

Job brief

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. He will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect him to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.

Job Duties:
  • Works with other departments to use new technologies to streamline company policies and rules
  • Conducts research to improve the technological assets of a company
  • Oversees IT budgets to make sure there are no unnecessary expenditures
  • Develops and directs all networking safeguards to reduce the risk of outside breaches and protect sensitive internal and external client information
  • Evaluates new technology and makes recommendations on technological solutions
  • Consistently evaluates technical efficiency and makes changes as necessary
  • Makes presentations to board of directors
  • Identifies competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of a company
  • Directs the development and possible implementation of policies in instances of a breach, also known as disaster recovery plans
  • Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
  • Help departments use technology profitably
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

Sr. Asp.net Developer

Key Result Areas

5.  Completion of work within deadline.

Qualification & Experience
1.  B-tech, BCA or similar technical discipline
2.  Experience in Asp.net , SQL, MVC, C#, Mobile application, SSRS, JavaScript
3.  4 years plus experience in development of asp.net applications. Preferable in Healthcare IT domain.
Indicative Compensation
Rs 3 lacs to 8 lacs per annum, however, for the right candidate compensation will not be a constraint

Marketing Executive

  • Identify target markets and analyze current market trends
  • Research customers’ needs and wants as well as competition information
  • Devise and implement strategic plans to meet customers’ demands
  • Manage promotional activities to endorse product.
  • Monitor progress of promotional activities and record findings
  • Develop effective marketing communication programs
  • Write copy for marketing material such as brochures and websites
  • Monitor marketing campaigns to ensure appropriate execution
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure that all marketing activities are managed within budgets
  • Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Monitor competitive activity and evaluate marketing campaigns
  • Maintain liaison with suppliers, printers and designers
  • Network with individuals and businesses to generate and identify business opportunities

Marketing Executive (Fresher)

Key responsibilities

Marketing executives oversee many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product, service or idea. As such executives are likely to have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage their time and duties themselves. These responsibilities can include:

  • overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
  • conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
  • following ideas and strategies of the Reporting Managers
  • promotional activities
  • writing and proofreading creative copy

HR Executive (Fresher/Intern)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Referring employee issues to senior HR staff
  • Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers
  • Conducting inductions of new staff, Introduction of new staff into their work environment
  • Participating in the annual review
  • Inputting into the monthly payroll
  • Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
  • Support of departmental representatives in HR questions
  • Calling & Coordination of applicants, conduction of job interviews and preparation of following steps
  • Support in the handling of the employees’ payment

Senior Cloud Architect

Job Responsibilities:
  • AWS based Cloud Architecture and migration skills and experience. 
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for IT Infrastructures, keeping current with industry trends and emerging technologies and providing guidance and direction to customers and project teams.
  • Strong understanding across Cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, network, data, and applications) to deliver end to end Cloud Infrastructure architectures and designs.
  • Experience in platform and cloud migrations.
  • Understanding of Hyper Converged& Converged technologies: Nutanix, VMware Hitachi Unified Compute, VCE  VBlock
  • Virtualization Technology Skills (VMware, Hyper-V),
  • Experience as an IT Infrastructure Architect, with focus on AWS cloud, server, storage and networking.
  • Experience with MS Server Operating Systems
  • Experience with MS SQL, SharePoint and .NET
  • Must be well versed in and have experience IT policies and procedures and technology standards
  • Knowledge of further Cloud technologies (Azure, S3, VMware)
  • Experience in leading a team applying all elements of Technical Consulting
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable making Disaster Recovery Models or recommendations.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience & overall experience of 10 years is required
